so if this turns out to be any good then holy shit :L
The ending is a little BLEEEH! Because im sleepy. But considering that wasn't planned at all, and that its got a story line, I dont give a fuck.

once in a far away place, where the dark creatures lurk. There lived a man. Just a man. He was not any different from you or I. Well maybe different from me, but then again I am a woman. And well you see, this man, like so many in stories, was rather alone.
His name was David. He had no last name for it was never needed. His hair was dark and unkempt. He cut it himself so it wasn't any sort of style, or even a particular length. His face was sunken in and his shoulders hunched form too many years of work.
David was not an old man, twenty or so. Yet his face, especially his eyes could have made you swear he was 40. Deep set and staring off into the distance, like he was looking for something he knew he would never see. But Davids most dominant characteristic was his lifestyle and daily routine.
In the morning he'd eat by himself, get dressed by himself, tie his shoes and leave the house, by himself. He'd then proceed to his work (watching the formidable creatures of the dark) which he did, alone. And to them come home and take a lonely shower, and eat a solitary dinner. He always went to bed feeling decidedly alone.
But one morning quite out of the blue, a voice of pure silk interrupted his solitary pattern.

the diary of a man.
Entry one.
Her name was Lavender. I don't know where she came from. I just opened my eyes to the sound of her voice in the morning. It was sweet like honey and soft like silk, it danced on the air and sung the gentlest melody.
She brushed the hair from my eyes and told me her name. Said she had come a grate distance and would be back again.
Before I could beg her to stay, and as soon as she arrived she was gone.
And though I have never known such a feeling, I know deep down im in love.

He waited for weeks for his girl to come back. Making himself believe she was real. waiting... waiting... always waiting.
Hi life past him by and soon the young man, became an old man, and an old man became too old. And too old became deceased.
David lived as he died. Alone, cold and waiting.

Entry 50

I know i should give up I know she will not come. Lavender, my lavender. Her voise so soft. I promised I'd wait. I cant brake my promise. She'll come I know she will....

I'm alone, no one comes for me. Not even death is willing to take me. On this my third attempt on my life.

where do I go from here ?
Hmm?
What now?
I SAID I'D WAIT FOR HER!
But she will not come.

entry 799

I have sat for so long on this chair that I do not remember how standing feels, and I do not dare to try.
I have been alone for so long, I think my voice has dried up, and I do not remember how it sounded.
I knew a girl once. I am waiting.
Though I do not know her name.
Her voice. I remember it was special.
Though I do not remember why.
She told me to wait for her.
But I don't know why I did.

I have been sat for so long and im so very old.
no one knows of me, and the creatures here all forgot me.
Even Satan himself doesn't know who I am
even the pits of hell dont want me.

So with my last breath, I regret everything......

"DAVID?! DAVID!?" The shouts were coming from far away. lights were all around and his head spinning.
A girl, his girl was the source of the shouts. She was running down the road to where he was.
"w-where am I?" he stammered. Confused and scared. The tears were running down the girls face.
" You were h-it... by a car... the, you're. Well they thought you were dead." She let out a small sob and a tall looking doctor took over.
"you looked like a goner. You were out cold for ten minutes. We couldn't bring you back. You'd lost o much blood. But we tried anyway, she begged" he pointed at the girl. " and so we did all we could right here, on the road. I mean you're by no means alright. But you're alive. and we'll get you to the hospital in no time."
David smiled. " So I wasn't alone?"
"No sir, that girl of yours was right by your side till we arrived. Then she had to step back to let us see to you."
He smiled again.
"I love you Lavender Georgia Little, And you have the most amazing voice."
